I'm currently in Helsinki and would like to come along to the Stammtich, but I don't speak Finnish. Will the event be taking place in Finnish or English?

How to get start-ups or any developer to make Symbian (one of) their first choice(s) when developing a mobile component of their service/product? In the current environment, everyone is watching their R&D spend and rather than develop for n platforms, companies choose one, then port to another, etc. Unfortunately, Symbian seems to have fallen low on the list of priorities to develop for. IMHO, for Symbian to succeed long term, this needs to change. Just my few cents...

Shared dialogue is a good initiative. Intent was to use linkedIn as one such channel, but the discussion threads there seem not to get very long. Could be that everything being public there is scaring people not to reveal all of their thoughts. http://www.linkedin.com/groups?gid=1981730&trk=hb_side_g Does anyone have a better idea?

Thanks Petra (MoBB) and Petri (Demola) for the great event yesterday! The previous event helped me to extend my professional network, and I have now been using it actively - so I think one good channel for dialogue as asked by Jukka is just to build on the network and contact the people directly. And of course come back for the next gathering!

I just attended the MoBB meeting in Tampere Protomo - it was great to hear the pitches and meet new people. I wonder if there's also some room for more shared dialogue?
